With the dominance they’ve shown during the match, it was assumed that they could be on TV bragging about the victory, the next time. But they have suddenly disappeared from Monday Nights, giving birth to some rumors.
However, they’re doing okay and WWE has to deal with a lot of things behind-the-scenes which is why the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions haven’t had much screen time since WrestleMania 37. That is likely to change on the very next edition of Raw, according to AJ Styles and Omos. Although WWE hasn’t officially announced their appearance, the two claimed to be back on TV.

AJ Styles and Omos appeared on a recent episode of WWE The Bump on YouTube to mention how they’ve been partying in Nigeria for their title win and now they are ready to return on WWE Raw. The whole partying thing in Nigeria obviously brings a kayfabe perspective into the matter while the reality is totally different. According to Fightful Select, injury is the reason behind their absence.

It is reported by the source that “at least” one of the two WWE RAW Tag Team Champions hasn’t been cleared for an in-ring return, thus far. It wasn’t specifically noted which one of the two hasn’t been cleared, or they’re talking about both of them. Since they’re a team, WWE wasn’t willing to book one name without the other.

Now, The Phenomenal One claims that the two will be in the ring on Monday for WWE RAW with his tag partner. There’s no update on whether this means that the injured star has already got their clearance from the WWE medical team. We will have to wait and see what WWE plans for them. But since winning the titles at WrestleMania, WWE hasn’t mentioned their RAW Tag Team Champions on the programming.
Previously, Ringside News reported that nobody is out of action in that regard on the WWE RAW brand. Rather, AJ Styles and Omos have simply been kept off television since the show of shows as the creative team doesn’t have enough plans for them. Now the fans are assured that they are coming back who should be seen performing at the WrestleMania Backlash card.
