Trish Stratus is perhaps the greatest of all time when it comes to the women’s division history of professional wrestling. People just love to have some ‘Stratusfaction’ back on Raw/Smackdown whenever it’s possible even after 15 years later her retirement which shows her incredible star power.
A few days ago, Trish Stratus went through a major health scare as shared through her social media handle, itself. The veteran was experiencing bad cramping in her abdomen for some time, leading to unbearable pain at times. She feels that she has a high tolerance for pain, but things went and she had to be admitted to a hospital.

It turned out to be a smart decision on her part because doctors determined an appendix had to be removed that could have threatened her life. The appendix was about to burst out but thankfully, it was cropped via a surgical procedure. Afterward, Trish Stratus took to social media and provided an update on her health. She was admittedly feeling much better after the surgery.
Trish Stratus thanked her fanbase for all the support
“I just wanted to hop on here and say thank you for all the messages. I did not expect such an outpour of support and well-wishes. It really means a lot and I’m sorry if I worried you. It was just a crazy, crazy occurrence. The takeaway is to listen to your body and thankfully I did,” Trish Stratus thanked WWE Universe for the support.
“I’m trying to listen to my body now during the healing process. I tend to do ‘normal person’ things when I’m a ‘post-surgery person’ right now. So I’m listening to my body and trying to slow down and take the time to recover. But everything is okay, honestly doing really well. I think a lot of recovery is mind over matter.”
Going by the updates from the Hall of Famer’s side, it’s certain that she managed to escape a tragedy in life and thankfully her career should be okay. As noted by her in recent times, Trish Stratus is ecstatic to compete in one more match or even more if the opportunity is right. Hopefully, that will happen, down the road with Triple H in charge of the WWE creative.
