Vince McMahon has been gone from the WWE regime for more than five months. As much as it was hard to believe, it did happen in a blink of an eye during an ongoing lawsuit investigation against him. Despite what happens next, he will always be regarded as one of the greatest pioneers in the professional wrestling business. Without him, the revolution in business was unthinkable.
His passion and contributions to the WWE and beyond are unmatched and it doesn’t come as a surprise that he would want to come back to his position despite his growing age. Despite his retirement earlier this year, the current speculations suggest that Vince McMahon is eyeing a comeback, making us recount the “never say never” phrase in the pro-wrestling industry.
WWE CEO Stephanie McMahon Applauded For Keeping Track Of Wrestling World
Back in July 2022, WWE went through a major change this year with the sudden retirement of Vince McMahon. In light of various sexual allegations and hush money scandals, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were appointed as co-CEOs while Triple H took over the post of the Head of Creative. However, the former boss is now looking forward to coming back to his former position.

Vince McMahon still wants to offer his services to the WWE
The Wall Street Journal reports that Vince McMahon could still make a comeback. The source also mentioned that his close ones suggested that his decision to retire was a bad one,
“Vince McMahon has also told people that he intends to make a comeback at WWE, saying he got bad advice from people close to him to step down and that he now believes the allegations and investigations would have blown over had he stayed.”
The report by Rebecca Ballhaus also stated that Vince McMahon had the belief that all the scandals he was involved in, would have chattered more if he would have stayed in the company. With WWE’s new management getting good reviews from every perspective, adding back Vinnie Mac to the mix could significantly affect the current team’s efforts.
Fans on the internet have already started filing petitions to prevent Vince McMahon from coming back to the WWE. Also, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful took to Twitter and reported that the current WWE higher-ups also want nothing to do with their former boss, suggesting that the return won’t be easy for him,
“Numerous WWE higher ups that I’ve spoken to in recent months have indicated to us they want nothing to do with that and are happy with the direction.”
