Kofi or Big E from the New Day
The New Day is not going to be on the title picture in the near future, likely. So, what about Kofi or Big E getting a singles chance against Jericho? If Owens and Jericho continue to work together then the New Day could turn to be a proper resistance for them. From a storyline perspective, it will be a fresh thing for the fans. Now, Kofi is an automatic choice when it comes to the US champion. But, he’s veteran at this stage and does have nothing to prove. So, Big E is a better option in my opinion since he has to go a long way in his career. Going forward, if the unicorns decide to split up, then a feud between E and Kofi can also be set up.
