The first premium live event following Wrestlemania 39 has recently been confirmed in the form of WWE Backlash 2023. As per WWE’s announcement, Bad Bunny will host the show on Saturday, May 6. The WWE premium live event emanates, live from the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico, making it another international outing for the WWE.
Previously the reports have already claimed that WWE Backlash 2023 will have some major appearances in the form of veteran talents specifically from the Latin American zone. Apparently, The Undertaker is also scheduled to entertain the fans at that PLE weekend, not as a performer but as a podcaster.

According to the reports of The Wrestling Blog, The Undertaker will travel to Puerto Rico for the WWE Backlash 2023 weekend in May, to host his 1 deadMAN Show over there. This is one unique experience for the fans who get to listen to the legend from an up-close situation and also interact with him. At this point, his upcoming show is set to take place at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on March 24 (his birthday) and at The Novo at LA Live on March 31.
The Undertaker last appeared on WWE programming at Raw is XXX, where he came out on his motorcycle as The American Badass. He appeared in a segment with LA Knight and Bray Wyatt on that night. Currently, reports suggest that he will take a break from his WWE schedule following Wrestlemania 39 before returning for WWE Backlash 2023 onward.

Former Champion set to return at WWE Backlash 2023 PLE
The Wrestling Blog is also reporting that WWE wants to bring back former Intercontinental Champion Carlito and his father, WWE Hall of Famer Carlos Colon for WWE Backlash 2023,
“I got a report from one my sources that says WWE has been in contact with Carlito to make an appearance with his father on the upcoming PPV Backlash, May 6 in Puerto Rico.”
This does fall in line with the previous reports from Xero News which suggested that several former WWE stars are scheduled to return at WWE Backlash 2023,
“Expect certain former stars from the ‘generalized area’ back for Backlash. I’m not on about Logan Paul, Bad Bunny, etc. It’s a FORMER Star(s).”
