Cora Jade is a mainstay performer in the NXT scene

At this point, the former NXT women’s tag team champion is not tied up in any ongoing long-term NXT storylines which is another significant indication of an impending call-up during WWE Draft 2023. The same can be said for Cameron Grimes who had disappeared from TV in November. However, there’s nothing confirmed regarding this entry.

Coming back to Cora Jade, the NXT wrestler having the real name of Brianna Code has made a name for herself on the independent scene as Elayna Black just after graduating from Chicago’s Freelance Wrestling Academy. She has been a devoted fan of CM Punk and his wife, another pioneer former WWE wrestler, AJ Lee.

Since entering NXT, Jade has been pushed as a mainstay player in the women’s division. The ongoing run includes an initial babyface persona before turning heel when she attacked Roxanne Perez. In the latest, Jade beat Lyra Valkyria in a singles match, just one day after losing to Nikki Cross on Main Event taping to start speculations for WWE Draft 2023 call-up.
