WWE News: Details Of Goldberg’s Contract With WWE Revealed 1

After the Survivor Series PPV, Goldberg appeared on Monday Night Raw to announce he will be entering into the 30th annual Royal Rumble event in 2017. With this announcement, WWE’s intentions were clear that they want him to appear at Wrestlemania 33 as well.

Starting from January 2, he will make multiple appearances on Raw episodes. Prior to the Royal Rumble PPV, Goldberg and Lesnar might have a face-off to hype up the prestigious event before January 29.

Now a report from ringsidenews.com has revealed the details of Goldberg’s contract with WWE. It has stated that he has signed for a total number of 13 appearances up to Wrestlemania 33.

The source also said that since Goldberg has already appeared on the Raw after Survivor Series, he will further make 12 more appearances until we get to the grandest stage in Orlando, Florida. The probable match for him at the event is going to be against Brock Lesnar. The WWE has seen money in this feud and hence they will be continuing with the storyline.

The exclusive deal was finalized just hours prior to the main event of the Survivor Series PPV. This was the reason why the WWE let Goldberg win the match in a record time of 1 minute 24 seconds. After that, he decided to go for one more title run and hence included himself in the Royal Rumble match. But, in the future storyline, Lesnar will cause the Myth his spot at the Rumble event to set up the last edition of Goldberg-Lesnar at Wrestlemania 33.
