The rumours around Hulk Hogan coming back to the WWE were doing round for over a year. The company fired him back in 2015 following violent comments in a sex tape.

These kinds of actions are unmerciful when it comes to the biggest pro-wrestling promotion in the world.

So there was no exception even if Hulk Hogan was one of the legendary names around the company. WWE did not think twice to cut all the ties with him just after the scandal broke out. They also removed him from the WWE Hall of Famer club and erased all of his mentions from WWE.com as much as they could.

It was in 2016 when Hulk Hogan was able to win a lawsuit and get rid of all the allegations. It was since then we speculated WWE would bring him back. But they held on to the process to date until this week. WWE.com released an official statement on him which confirmed he is back on the prestigious club of the company.

Here are the comments from the official website that made him a part of Hall of Fame, again,

“After a three-year suspension, Hulk Hogan has been reinstated into the WWE Hall of Fame. This second chance follows Hogan’s numerous public apologies and volunteering to work with young people, where he is helping them learn from his mistake. These efforts led to a recent induction into the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Alumni Hall of Fame.”

PWInsider.com have some insider scoops about his comeback to the company after a gap of almost three years. The Immortal One was present in the WWE locker room the day of Extreme Rules PPV event hosted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was there to apologize for the racial slurs that took his job away.

The source also said Hulk Hogan gave a long speech to the locker room members about the nasty comments that embarrassed the company. He was happy to get such an opportunity to share his experience with the superstars. In return, some of them appreciated his comments and also shook hands with him.

Superstars gave The Immortal One a big reaction following the speech and thanked all of them for accepting the apology. Plus, he warned the talents to think before saying anything considering that anyone can record them.

Overall it was an emotional scene at backstage that made Hogan feeling like home proving that he is back with WWE.
