The Hardy Boyz had quite a smooth run in the WWE ever since their return. They had a shocking comeback at the biggest event of the year, i.e. Wrestlemania 33 in Orlando, Florida. The moment was a mark-out time for the fans considering that wild speculation of their return spread on the rumour mill.
The veterans were able to over-deliver on their comeback since by competing in a fatal-4-way ladder match. This particular speculation was their signature match back from the Attitude Era. So, in their style, they won the tag team championships back. Their booking has been well too, considering they are regular performers on Raw even after losing the championships.
However, the recent rumours hint that there might be significant roadblock waiting for them shortly. Apparently, one-half of the Hardy Boyz is working despite suffering an injury. So, this should be addressed, real quick to get the issues fixed.
According to the earlier reports from the Pro-Wrestling Sheet, Jeff Hardy is suffering from a shoulder injury. The concussions are said to be serious, and he might have to undergo surgery shortly. If this is going to be the case, then the veteran performer has to be sidelined from WWE Raw for a significant amount of time.
The younger Hardy is 40-years old and has been part of the pro-wrestling industry for over two decades. After spending so much time inside the squared circle, your body is certainly willing to give up, and he is dealing with side-effects, right now.
WWE.com posted the following update on Hardy’s injury before the last edition of Raw. As a result, we did not see him compete inside the ring,
“It’s a full thickness tear of his supraspinatus tendon and a couple of other areas in the shoulder. He’s going to go for evaluation and probably for surgery next week.”

Jeff Hardy was a no-show on the live event, and Matt wrestled Karl Anderson in a singles contest. In his absence, Matt Hardy is likely to continue his singles stint in the WWE, going forward. The Broken persona of him might be introduced, as well.
