WWE News: Major Announcements for Next Week’s RAW 1
courtesy Twitter

WWE Raw has been at the top of the internet trends this week. McMahon family, i.e. Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H were standing together inside the ring to make a historic announcement.

They confirmed the all-women PPV event would finally happen on this year’s October 28th.

But before that, WWE Raw will definitely like to build the momentums towards Summerslam. So they have already made multiple announcements for the next episode set to take place in the last week of July. The show headline will be none other than the Universal Champion, himself, Brock Lesnar.

After months of speculation, we are likely to see the beast incarnate back in the WWE. We have heard such announcements previously. But Brock Lesnar remained a no-show on numerous occasions. Hopefully, this time around he would show up to have a confrontation against Roman Reigns to set up the next title defence.

Ronda Rousey is another name who will be back in the WWE next week, rightfully. It is because she was under suspension from WWE Raw for 30 days. Ronda tried to break the rule by appearing on July 16th episode. But it extended the punishment for one more week.

Now that she is finally free from the suspension, Alexa Bliss will be nowhere to run. Technically the champion is nowhere near to overcome the ‘baddest women on planet earth’.

So it will be interesting to see the heel antics she comes up with continuing the mind games. It is the only weapon that Bliss can afford to bring.

Apart from these two comebacks, there will be a couple of rematches on WWE Raw. Seth Rollins will get a chance to seek revenge against Drew McIntyre.

These two are likely to tear each other apart to set the stakes high for Summerslam. Rollins will try to keep the momentums by his side before he heads into the IC title match at the PPV.

Constable Corbin will continue his feud against Finn Balor with the second rematch. WWE has failed to build up this rivalry which did have some potential initially.

But WWE Raw crowd was into it till now. We hope either an interesting segment or a solid matchup to keep the audience glued to the screen.
