At this time, another championship match has been confirmed to take place at the Wrestlemania PPV. This time around, the title for the Cruiserweight division will be put on the line between the two elite performers present on the roster. This was confirmed following this week’s taping of the WWE 205 Live show in Dallas, Texas.
The show marked the second semi-final match for the Cruiserweight championship tournament. It was started back in February to crown a new title-holder. The previous champion, Enzo Amore was fired from the WWE on the Raw 25th anniversary. It also took the title away from the former champion, instantly.
So, from that point onwards, the Cruiserweight title is vacant. The 205 Live division received a new general manager to address the title situation. We have received Drake Maverick in this position which promised to make the show better with entertaining matchups, on a regular basis. Furthermore, a tournament was confirmed with several superstars performing in it.
This week, the two of the final three participants competed in the semi-final match. It was Mustafa Ali who took on against Drew Gulak. After the high-flying actions, the Chicago-native, Ali was able to pin the biggest heel of the Cruiserweight division. This also ensured his spot at the Wrestlemania 34 PPV.
Previously, Cedric Alexander competed in the first semi-final match against Roderick Strong. The former name picked up the win to become the first finalist. Now he has received the confirmed opponent that he will face at the biggest PPV event of them all. Later, WWE made this match official between Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali.

These two are the mainstay names on the Cruiserweight division from the very beginning. So, they deserve the opportunity to compete at Wrestlemania more than anybody in the lightweight roster. They are likely to tear the house down while competing in Wrestlemania 34.
The biggest event of the year is scheduled to take place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. From the get-go, the creative team has planned to pit Alexander and Mustafa for the show. Things have exactly been the same, till date as we should expect a highly entertaining match on the card. Plus, Alexander has already noted on Twitter that this match is going to steal the show at Wrestlemania.
