WWE News: Paul Heyman Noted on Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns Matchup 1

The main event of Wrestlemania 34 will witness the expected matchup between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. It’s a no-brainer that this contest will indeed go down as the very last in the match card. These two are the biggest box-office attractions in the company which is why the spotlight will be on them.

This contest was always supposed to be a must-happen contest from last year onwards. Brock Lesnar started a championship reign from Wrestlemania 33 and had a dominant run with the title. It only led to the inevitable clash against Roman Reigns so that the dethroning can finally happen.

There’s one similarity between these two superstars which makes them unique from others. It is that these two are the only superstars those have pinned The Undertaker at Wrestlemania which is considered to be his own yard. It was an intentional move by the WWE to set up a future clash.

In recent times, Paul Heyman promoted the upcoming Wrestlemania 34 match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar and noted on this topic. According to him, pinning The Undertaker at the grandest stage of them all is supposed to be somewhat ‘unattainable goals’ which was accomplished by these two.

Check out his words from the interview conducted by NOLA.com,

“Having the only two people in history to have accomplished that task face off against each other truly lets you understand the enormity of this main event this year at WrestleMania.”

The advocate general for the beast incarnate also alluded that there’s no way that Roman Reigns can take the championship away from his client. This is the champ’s time, and there’s no one who can do something about it,

“It’s Brock Lesnar’s time. Brock Lesnar will be the Universal champion as long as he feels like being the Universal champion. And there’s nothing Roman Reigns can do to change that equation.”

Despite what Paul Heyman stated in the interview, it is quite certain that Roman Reigns will win this match to get a coronation. This will mark his first Universal Championship win at the biggest stage of them all. This was supposed to be in the same way, and there should not be an exception.
