Jeff Hardy is one of the most popular superstars in the history of WWE. We don’t need to re-introduce this name to the pro-wrestling fans who’s been a part of the business for more than two decades. Unfortunately, he’s been out of action for sometimes due to an injury. In recent times, we have received a positive update on his comeback which may happen before 2019 comes to an end.

The Hardy Boyz were back as a team after Wrestlemania 35. Eventually, Matt and Jeff Hardy won the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions on the post-Mania episode. But their run came to an end on a quick note as the younger Hardy suffered an injury. It was a knee concussion that could keep him he could be out of action for almost six to nine months.

But it looks like the Charismatic Enigma will be coming back even prior to that. As per a report from Fightful Select, Jeff Hardy will be back in action around November. To be exact, WWE has already slotted a date for him to make the comeback which is November 2nd. So he will be returning within six months considering the training sessions will begin even before that.

It’s a piece of good news considering that his return is happening prior to Survivor Series PPV. It is the last big pay-per-view event of the year which might require the service of the veteran superstar. Plus, his comeback may ensure Matt Hardy’s return on TV, as well. Ever since Jeff is out of action, his elder brother is not on TV, too indicating that WWE is willing to use them as a tag team.
The last we witnessed them on TV, they were the tag team champions. The injury forced them to relinquish the titles they won for the eighth occasion in their career. From a storyline perspective, WWE wanted to solidify Hardy’s absence for a strong reason. So both the Hardy Boyz suffered a massive beatdown in the hands of Lars Sullivan. This monster is also out of action, as of now.
In recent times, Jeff Hardy has come to the pro-wrestling headlines for his misdeeds, yet again. For the umpteenth time in his career, police arrested the former WWE Champion for violating the rules. He later received bail from the custody. WWE released a statement on this incident but did not take any disciplinary actions as Jeff was responsible for his own actions.
