WWE Hall of Fame is one of the most prestigious nights of the year in WWE programming. It honors and celebrates the careers of some legends and gives them a lifetime achievement award. Every year, we some of the who’s who around the pro-wrestling circuit to get into this elite club presented by the WWE. Last year, Goldberg was the headliner of the show. The follow-up name for 2019 is yet to become official.
The Undertaker to enter Hall of Fame 2019?
WWE does not hesitate to give away the honor that the legends should receive for their career. But there are certain names who are worthy enough and still did not get the recognition. Names like Chyna, Chris Benoit, Owens Hart or Vader are yet to get the highest prize from the sports entertainment industry. Most of the times controversies are the reason why WWE did not call them for Hall of Fame.
Also, there are names like The Rock who did not get the award, to date just because he did not announce retirement. Then there’s Vince McMahon who is a sure-shot future Hall of Famer. There’s no denying about his contribution to the world of pro-wrestling. He was the one to change the course, forever starting from the 90s. WWE will make him a first ballad Hall of Famer headliner, someday.
A huge faction to enter WWE Hall of Fame
The question is when that is going to happen. Dave Meltzer recently discussed the topic on a recent episode of The Wrestling Observer. He revealed that it will happen after his death. He has already handed a number of accolades to himself. This one prize will remain due for his son and daughter in due course. They will induct their father into the Hall of Fame once his demise happens.

“Vince McMahon will be in that Hall of Fame as soon as he passes away, we all know that. He’s not gonna put himself in because he’s already given himself enough awards. Like when he gave himself that award at Madison Square Garden for being the genius who created WrestleMania… that was awesome,”

Vince McMahon took over the wrestling business run by his father and turned it into a million dollar business. The concept of scripted entertainment came in his mind for the first time that gave birth to Monday Night Raw. The rest became history as all the other promotions adopted the WWE-kind of wrestling, going forward.
