Brock Lesnar always possesses a special position in WWE in comparison to all the other roster members. This has been the norm for him over the past couple of years despite the fan backlash over on social media and all over the pro-wrestling universe. He is the current Universal Champion who held the title for more than 100 days.

Two titles to change hands at Wrestlemania 35
As much as the fans want to see an end of the ‘reign of terror’ at Wrestlemania 35, it may not happen in case Brock Lesnar intends to stay with the WWE. Seth Rollins is the challenger for the Universal Championship who won the Royal Rumble 2019 to earn the spotlight and seemed focused to tame the beast.
If the WWE contract of Brock Lesnar would have been up for grabs then we could have guaranteed a title altercation at Wrestlemania 35. But that is not the case as WWE officials remained tight-lipped around this situation. He may have extended his deal in 2018 but the extent of the same is still unknown.
A reliable source Brad Shepard in the “Oh You Didn’t Know” podcast tried to give some updates about Brock Lesnar’s WWE contract. But he did not reveal much as there’s not much backstage news available regarding the contract status of Brock Lesnar. So there’re still doubts whether he continues to be a WWE superstar following Wrestlemania.
The source added that WWE is reportedly not revealing the Universal champion’s future WWE appearances, intentionally. They do not want the media outlets to let know about the future of Brock Lesnar. Hence, we may not receive any confirmation until Wrestlemania 35 passes by.
The source added that the Brock Lesnar is most likely to stay with the WWE even after Wrestlemania 35. This is why he would retain the Universal Championship against Seth Rollins even if the fans want him sans the title. Another recent update also hinted that he will remain in the company.
A social media update from Ethan Cramer revealed that Brock Lesnar could be a Smackdown Live superstar in 2019 fall when the show moves to FOX. Below given are his comments that come as further proof of Lesnar’s stint extension in WWE,
“Fox was promoting Smackdown before the Nascar race. They mentioned Brock Lesnar to be seen on Smackdown starting October 2019. Possible WWE is just using his name to bring interest to their product. Interesting to see if he stick around or appears on #SDLive.”
