This week’s WWE NXT continued the builds for the upcoming Spring Breakin’ edition with the NXT Championship angle being the top program. A handicap match was there on the show where a first-ever women’s tournament was announced. Also, former Raw tag team champions were in attendance at the show that took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Check out the results,
– Nikkita Lyons defeated Lash Legend in the opening contest of WWE NXT with a big kick to the head. After the match, Natalya and Lash attacked Nikkita. Nattie wanted to punish Nikkita with her Sharpshooter move but Cora Jade made the save.
– Former RAW Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders (currently from the SmackDown brand) appeared in a backstage segment and challenged The Creed Brothers to a match.
– Von Wagner defeated Tony D’Angelo via interference. As the fight went outside, Santos Escobar took out Tony’s leg with a baton, allowing Von to deliver a big boot on Tony for the win on WWE NXT.
– Grayson Waller mocked Chase University and took shots at Nathan Frazer for his haircut. Frazer took out Waller with a Suicide Dive. In another backstage segment, Toxic Attraction trashed Roxanne Perez on her debut win on WWE NXT from last week over Jacy Jayne.
– Katana Chance and Kayden Carter defeated Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon in a tag team match. Katana hit the big 450-splash while Carter dropped Feroz for the pin to win.

WWE NXT 2.0 Results (26/04/22): First-Ever Women’s Tournament announced
– WWE NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament was announced and it will begin in two weeks. The first participant was announced to be Santino Marella’s daughter Arianna Grace. Lash Legend, Kiana James, and Sloane Jacobs are the other confirmed names.
– Kay Lee Ray’s new name was confirmed to be Alba Fyre. She cut a promo on being a fighter, warrior, and champion who has to resurrect her past.
WWE Smackdown: New Faction Teased Featuring NXT Superstar
– Legado Del Fantasma’s Elektra Lopez, Cruz Del Toro, and Joaquin Wilde defeated Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs in a 3-on-2 Handicap Match. Wilde and Toro hit a big double-team combo move on Briggs for the pin to win.
– Solo Sikoa defeated Trick Williams in a short match by hitting the Uso Frog Splash.
– The Viking Raiders defeated Malik Blade and Edris Enofe in their debut WWE NXT matchup. The Vikings hit the big double chokeslam move to Blade in the middle of the ring to get the pinfall win.
– Tony D’Angelo introduced his goons Troy Two Dimes Donovan and Channing Stacks Lorenzo before calling out Santos Escobar for a meeting.
– WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose defeated Roxanne Perez with a jumping knee, out of nowhere. After the match, Wendy Choo tried to attack Rose but she ran away. Wendy dropped a fishnet on The Toxic Attraction and sprayed them with Silly String.
– Joe Gacy informed that WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker is not cleared to compete after last week’s attack. Hence, he might accept the NXT Title via forfeit.
WWE Hall of Famer Rick Steiner came out and said Bron is cleared to compete and will defeat him next week. Bron then came out and took out some of Gacy’s Druids. But taking advantage of the numbers game, Gacy took out Bron with a clothesline and posed with the NXT Title to close the show.
