Arianna Grace is one of the top rising superstars in the WWE on the NXT brand despite her absence from TV for a long time. With all the mainstream attention she’s getting, now her father, former WWE Superstar Santino Marella compared her to the future version of The Rock at a stage when she’s on the roster with Rock’s own daughter.
Real name Bianca Carelli, Arianna Grace is one of the most beautiful women in the NXT women’s division. While being in action, she was touted to be one of the most promising faces on NXT. Then, she was out of action last year due to a major injury in her feet but that didn’t stop her from getting involved in numerous other projects and getting some more fame outside the pro-wrestling circuit.

While speaking about Arianna Grace during his appearance on Refin’ It Up, Santino Marella emphasized the all-around efforts put up by her daughter on a constant basis. He also noted not heaping praise on her just so that she’s his daughter. But rather the current Impact star described why he sees potential in Arianna Grace to become the female Rock,
“The reason she got the knee injury is because she knows how to work with people that are green because she knows how to guide them and tell a story and they put her with some rookie athletes and they did something and blew her knee out but, yeah, and I’m not talking about just being there. I’m talking about top-five girls, breaking off into movies later. Our goal is that she’s a female Rock. We’re not just looking to participate. She has the potential to be a female Rock.”
Arianna Grace returned to TV from injury in the late 2023 summer
As seen at NXT Heatwave, Arianna Grace returned to NXT television in the opening segment of a promo session. Then at a recent WWE NXT live event in Melbourne, Florida, she made her return to in-ring competition. She entered the ring wearing a tiara and sash which appeared to be a nod to her participation in this year’s Miss Universe Canada pageant. Time will tell whether she will be carrying this gimmick during her future appearances on NXT.
In October of last year, Arianna Grace suffered a knee injury that would require surgery which would keep her out of action for the remainder of the year and early 2023. Despite the belief that she could be back by the spring of 2023, the return kept on getting postponed.
