Just about 24 hours ago, over on the latest episode of WWE NXT, Mandy Rose lost her NXT Women’s Championship to Iron Survivor Challenge winner at NXT Deadline Roxanne Perez. While many thought that the title drop would make way for her to the main roster, it rather marked the end of her WWE stint as she has now been shown the doors out from the company.
While WWE hasn’t released any official statement from their side, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting that Mandy Rose has been released from her WWE contract, just a few hours ago. According to the reports from the veteran wrestling journalist, the call was taken by the WWE officials as they were put in a tough position due to premium content that the former talent was releasing on third-party platforms.

For those who don’t know, Mandy Rose was releasing content on her page for the website FanTime. WWE officials realized that those contents were outside of the parameters of Rose’s contract with the company and henceforth her release became a reality,
“WWE officials felt they were put in a tough position based on the content she was posting on her BrandArmy page (similar to OnlyFans). They felt like it was outside of the parameters of her WWE deal.”

For those who don’t remember, Back in late 2017 – early 2018, Mandy along with Sonya Deville and Paige formed a heel stable on Raw named Absolution that later became Fire n Desire after Paige was forced to retire due to a neck injury.
During that main roster run, Mandy Rose was unable to become a champion but her romantic angle with Otis as well as the ongoing feud with real-life friend Sonya Deville became quite popular. After moving back to NXT in July 2021, she became a dominant force and she wrapped up the stint with a 413-day title reign, that’s the 3rd longest Women’s Title reign in NXT history, only behind Shayna Baszler (416 days) and Asuka (522 days).
