WWE NXT Roadblock 2023 edition had the women’s title match scheduled in the main event capacity as the champion Roxanne Perez defended against Meiko Satomura. Two former best friends Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne engaged in an encounter. Plus, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels was challenged to a match on the show that went down at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Check out the results,
– NXT Roadblock 2023 opened with Tiffany Stratton introducing us to the show with an intro.
– In the opening match of NXT Roadblock 2023, Tony D’Angelo (with Stacks) defeated Dijak in a Jailhouse Street Fight. Dijak hit Stacks with Feast Your Eyes but gave Tony time to recover. This allowed Tony to grab a crowbar and hit Dijak multiple times with it. He then sent Dijak’s face bouncing off the door and then a slam with it for the win.

– NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus (Joe Coffey and Wolfgang) and Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson and Elton Prince) appeared for a face-to-face confrontation. They eventually got into a brawl.
– WWE’s newest signing Dragon Lee was shown on TV for the first time at NXT Roadblock 2023.
Wrestlemania 39: Trish Stratus Comes Out Of Retirement For A Huge Match At WWE PLE
– WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker and The Creed Brothers (with Ivy Nile) defeated Indus Sher (Jinder Mahal, Veer Mahaan, and Sanga) in a six-man tag team match.
As the six men were brawling, Brutus got the tag and Julius got Mahaan up in an Electric Chair position. Brutus headed to the top rope and delivered a Brutus Ball for the win.
WWE NXT Roadblock 2023 Results (07/03/23): Big return takes place
– Grayson Waller challenged Shawn Michaels to a match at NXT Stand & Deliver. HBK said that he is retired, but he then presented Grayson with an opponent in former NXT Champion and current Raw roster member, Johnny Gargano. Gargano then made his return at NXT Roadblock 2023 and attacked Waller.
WWE NXT Roadblock 2023 Results (07/03/23): Bitter rivals collide
– Gigi Dolin defeated Jacy Jayne in the next match. Dolin hit Jayne with a series of kicks, but Jayne delivered a neckbreaker and a senton. However, Dolin backfired with her finisher to get the pinfall win. After the match, Jayne attacked Dolin using a chair and the officials had to come out to stop her.
– NXT Champion Bron Breakker called out Carmelo Hayes and offered him a match for the NXT Title at NXT Stand & Deliver. Carmelo accepted and the match was officially announced for next month’s PLE.
– Joe Gacy (with Schism and Ava Raine) defeated Andre Chase (with Duke Hudson and Thea Hail). Gacy delivered a big boot and a uranage, then follows it up with a splash in the corner. He then delivered a Sunset Flip as Hail confronted Ava outside the ring. Gacy took advantage of a distracted Chase and delivered The Upside Down for the win.
WWE NXT Roadblock 2023 Results (07/03/23): Main event title match
– Roxanne Perez (c) defeated Meiko Satomura to retain the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Roadblock 2023. Perez sent Satomura into the ring post, then hit the Pop Rox. Satomura fought back with an enziguri and got Perez back in the ring. She looked for more kicks but Perez managed to roll her up for the win. After the match, Perez collapsed and was taken away on a stretcher.
