The Cavinder Twins – Haley and Hanna Cavinder have earned fame in the USA sports circuit over the past few years. Then after signing a contract with the WWE, they brought a lot of attention to themselves. Many thought themselves to be the successors of The Bella Twins in the WWE although a long way has to be crossed to achieve that status.
The Cavinder Twins made it to the pro-wrestling news after they inked NIL deals with WWE. Thereafter, for the first time, they appeared on TV, this week on NXT as part of Thea Hale’s big celebration. While many have thought that it would finally mark the beginning of their NXT stint, things might not be that smooth for the twins.

Considering their contract status, The Cavinder Twins can still not be tagged as WWE Superstars. Dave Meltzer revealed on Wrestling Observer Radio that the much-touted twins have not signed actual WWE contracts yet. They remain on their NIL deals at this time due to which they could have made it to the WWE TV on NXT.
WWE has high hopes for The Cavinder Twins
Meltzer further discussed how the WWE views The Cavinder Twins as the next big mainstream attention for their company which could sell out future shows even though the two have yet to begin training. However, it was also noted that there are things the sisters have experienced in the recent past to help with their potential WWE career.
“I mean, they may end up being great. They’re better actual athletes than almost all the women there. They do have that going for them. They’re bigger stars in the real world than every single woman there, so they’ve got that going for them. … Them being on TV tell you that they must be pretty serious, and they did give up their final year of college basketball for this — or theoretically for this. It’s interesting,” Meltzer commented on The Cavinder Twins.
At this point, The Cavinder Twins remain under their NIL deal with the WWE, a program that offers selected college athletes the opportunity to train at the WWE Performance Center, receive media training, and make them suitable for upcoming TV stints in WWE. The two signed those deals back in 2021 but they were still busy playing college basketball at the University of Miami in Florida.
