WWE has a lot of planning to do for the upcoming months and SummerSlam 2021 will be included in those. This is likely to be WWE’s next event with live fans in the audience and just like the bygone WrestleMania PPV, a bigger venue could be reserved for the show. Now the reports claim that they have an infamous arena in mind to host the event.
If they can set up the plans, accordingly and secure this venue, then The Biggest Party of the Summer will indeed be a historic one in 2021. According to the reports of Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has considered Madison Square Garden in New York City for conducting SummerSlam 2021. It was noted that nothing is confirmed, till now.

As soon as Meltzer talked about it he added that he shouldn’t have probably broken it out, as of now. At this point, MSG could be in the running, but it’s too early to make anything official.
Meanwhile, it’s been reported in recent times that WWE has chosen August 22nd as the date for SummerSlam 2021. We will have to see where they would finally decide to hold the show as an official announcement is likely to be made within the coming weeks. For now, they will have to be nurturing a few options while narrowing down towards the next target.
