Becky Lynch has been intending to lock horns with Tegan Nox for the past few weeks but for whatever reasons, the match keeps on getting postponed. Originally, that match was supposed to go down soon after THE MAN’s NXT title win, last month which was rescheduled to go down, this week. Ultimately, the match has again been postponed.
Fresh off her victory against Tiffany Stratton at NXT No Mercy in an Extreme Rules Match, Becky Lynch was scheduled to put the NXT Women’s Title on the line on this week’s Raw. Being a hellacious match filled with weapons and top spots, the victory did come with a price and that’s a slight injury.

Becky Lynch reportedly suffered a lacerated arm at No Mercy and this was the reason that she couldn’t compete in her scheduled match against Nox, last night. The wound requires 11 stitches in order to get fixed. She was thus spotted moving in with a sling on the show. It was then announced that the title match will take place, next week.

Becky Lynch possibly received a new challenger on Raw
Becky Lynch was also shown in a Raw exclusive segment where Indi Hartwell was taking a picture of the NXT Women’s Championship. The champion then approached her to ask what she was doing. Indi explained that she was taking a picture of something that she never lost. In response, the champion stated that she would be present on the October 3rd episode of NXT scouting potential challengers and Indi might consider attending that session.
This was another interesting development on Raw to tease a fresh matchup between the two. Indi never lost the title after winning the belt at NXT Stand & Deliver but rather vacated the belt due to an injury. It was at Battleground that Tiffany Stratton captured that relinquished belt.
Then Becky Lynch won it from Tiffany on the September 12 episode of NXT and now she will put the belt on the line on the October 9 episode of Raw. Also, during the upcoming show, Nia Jax will be seen in a singles competition as she will take on Raquel Rodriguez. Plus, Kofi Kingston and Ivar will be in action in a Vikings Rules match.
