This week’s WWE Raw will be the second last before WrestleMania 37 on which we have already received multiple announcements. A contract signing will be there alongside a fresh non-title contest. The Miz will present his new song, a special one for his ‘Mania opponent Bad Bunny while the WWE Champion is all set to bring the fight to the current number-one contender on tonight’s show that airs from the Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay, Florida.
WWE Champion Bobby Lashley decided to make things interesting on the Road to WrestleMania 37. As learned on WWE Raw last week, the Hurt Business members Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander are banned from the WWE Title match at the Show of Shows after McIntyre defeated them in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match.

Now, the approaches in a way where MVP and Lashley are not happy with Benjamin and Alexander as they recently dropped WWE RAW Tag Team Titles to The New Day, and then they failed to do the job against Drew McIntyre. A furious Lashley confronted the two during a backstage segment and said if they can’t get the job done, then he will find someone who can.
Lashley then entered the locker room where Lucha House Party, Akira Tozawa, Drew Gulak, Ricochet, and Humberto Carrillo were sitting. That being said, the challenger for the WWE Title has to be very careful before the mega title match.
WWE Wrestlemania 37: Triple Threat Main Event And Total 11 Matches Announced
This week’s show will also have another headliner segment with the two opponents for the WWE Raw Women’s Title match. A WrestleMania 37 contract signing will take place when Rhea Ripley and the Champion Asuka put their signs on the dotted lines to make the encounter, official.
As seen last week, Ripley made her official RAW debut and issued a challenge to Asuka for WrestleMania, which was accepted, right there. WWE has since announced that Ripley vs. Asuka will go down for Night Two of WrestleMania 37. Originally, Charlotte Flair was set to challenge the Empress of Tomorrow for the title in a singles contest but she tested positive for COVID-19. In case, she is cleared, she could make a return to make this match a Triple Threat.
WWE Raw Preview (29/03/21): US Title Match Setup
WWE Raw will also have Sheamus vs. WWE United States Champion Riddle in a non-title match. This match was made after these two had a backstage confrontation, last week. After some insensible comments from Riddle, Sheamus decked him with his own scooter and left him lying on the floor.
The current belief is that that Riddle will defend his US title against Sheamus at WrestleMania 37, but that has not been confirmed. The expectation is that The Celtic Warrior will pin The Original Bro in tonight’s match that would present him with the title match opportunity.
Last week, The Miz laid down a WrestleMania challenge to Bad Bunny before defeating Jeff Hardy in a singles match. After the match, Bunny thrashed Miz in the back to accept the challenge and make the match, official. It’s certain that the Hollywood star will come for payback but first, he and John Morrison will host a special edition of The Dirt Sheet to premiere the music video for their new “Hey Hey Hop Hop” song for Bad Bunny when WWE Raw airs from the ThunderDome.
