WWE Raw Stars Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, better known as The IIconics broke up, a couple of weeks ago on WWE Raw. This was not something they wanted but Vince McMahon was the one to make the call to end their bond as a team. Thus a match went down resulting in a match on the red brand show where Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott have beaten these two confirming the breakup.
Peyton Royce and Billie Kay then had a match this week on WWE Raw. The match was short indeed where Royce ended up being the winner. Afterward, they hugged and gave an impression that made us believe that Kay might be leaving the company.

Meanwhile, the next morning, Kay tweeted out an animated gif of Maleficent alongside a very interesting caption that reads, “So many assume… so little know.”

This cryptic tweet was hinting at a heel turn on WWE Raw since this character used to be the famous Disney villain. It also points out the fact that fans are yet to figure out Kay’s future direction in WWE could be. While the Australian thinks that her future could be bright, Vince McMahon may not be having any concrete plans for her.
Peyton Royce and Billie Kay both debuted new entrance music, this week moving away from their former CFO$ entrances. After the one0sided affair that ended in favor of Royce, the two longtime friends hugged on WWE Rae to end the segment.
A big heel turn was expected at this point. However, that wasn’t the case as they hugged and cried in the middle of the ring. During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer informed that it is “very clear that they have no plans for Billie Kay,” and Peyton Royce will be the singles Superstar on WWE Raw. It was noted that “Billie Kay might be going away and they know it.”
This could be the reason why they shared an emotional moment on WWE Raw as their time is really over and they are going separate ways.
Meanwhile, Billie Kay recently spoke to Chris Van Vliet where WWE Raw star stated that a breakup for the IIconics had to happen, eventually. The future for them would be “so much fun.”
“I think we eventually do want to do some sort of singles career. I think that just all comes down to evolving as who we are, as Billie and Peyton and as The IIconics. So when that happens I think that we’ll both have so much fun doing that.”
