Kurt Angle was present on WWE SmackDown this week to celebrate his birthday with his hometown crowd in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The crowd present at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was firmly behind the WWE legend who treated them back with an iconic segment during the show. The infamous milk bath was back on WWE TV, after ages.
In the main event segment of WWE Smackdown, Kurt Angle walked out to celebrate his 54th birthday. This was after he met up with people backstage to receive congratulatory messages. Team Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) came out and stated that they were not happy that they weren’t invited to the party.

Gable added that Kurt sucks and has lost his three I’s. Kurt was further advised to leave, and that Otis was going to eat his Birthday Cake. The WWE Hall of Famer left the ring only to stop on the ramp to tell that Alpha Academy needed a lot of milk to eat the cake.
Gable Steveson then came out with a milk truck on WWE Smackdown. The two-time NCAA Heavyweight Champion joined Angle as they threw milk all over the two heel superstars. Then Angle took the hose pipe and gave them a milk bath to close out the show.

Kurt Angle’s birthday celebration went on even after WWE Smackdown
A video was posted on WWE’s social media after WWE Smackdown went off the air. The blue brand locker room joined Angle and Gable Steveson inside the ring to celebrate the 1996 Olympic hero’s birthday. Rey Mysterio had a special message for Kurt as he stated that Kurt still sucked in his hometown.
Before these birthday celebration segments on WWE Smackdown, Kurt Angle reunited with his kayfabe Jason Jordan during the show. Jordan gave him a warm hug and a handmade world’s greatest dad card in a backstage segment. Jordan, Angle’s kayfabe illegitimate son, was involved in a storyline when Angle was playing the role of WWE Raw GM in 2017.
Prior to coming to the wrestling scene, Kurt Angle won the 1996 Olympics with a broken “freaking”. In the late 90s, he transitioned to pro wrestling, capitalizing on his big win. Angle made his WWE debut in 1999 and became a six-time world champion and one of the all-time greats.
