The go-home episode of SmackDown for WWE TLC is here where the challenger of the Universal Title will look forward to giving back a message to Roman Reigns. A title match will be on the show while Bayley vs Bianca Belair will also be there. Plus, an innovative award show will be hosted by the Intercontinental Champion when the show airs from the Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Kevin Owens has some serious problems with Roman Reigns trying to prove his authority over the entire SmackDown roster. So he tried to call out the champion but instead received Jey Uso who tried to have a cheap attack. However, Owens backfired with a vicious Powerbomb through the table.

Then Reigns invited him, backstage only to attack him from behind. KO already injured his knees during his brawl with Jey and Reigns took full advantage to deliver a beatdown and then send a straight warning to KO’s family. As per the promotional vignettes of this week’s SmackDown, it seems like Owens is poised to give it back to Reigns and it’s desperately needed before he heads towards his TLC encounter for the Universal Title.

Sasha Banks vs Carmella: Who’d Win At WWE TLC 2020?

It was all about Carmella as she returned to action, last week competing against Sasha Banks over the SmackDown Women’s Championship. The match was eventually disqualified as the sommelier was trying to interfere making the champion frustrated about it. Mella prevailed continued the trend of beating the hell out of Banks. As the rematch between them approaches at TLC, the question remains whether Banks can gain some momentums in her favor.

Bayley and Sasha Banks shared a lot of tensed moments in and outside the ring in the recent past. Bianca was happy to see Bayley tapping out to the Sharpshooter as she went badmouth about her. This led the EST of the WWE to come and confront her and set up this match. With the rift building in, this seems to be the only way to settle their difference.

The team of Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode secured a non-title victory over SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits several weeks ago. It was followed up with another singles victory by Ziggler over Montez Ford. So, quite obviously Roode and Ziggler have earned their way to a title shot against the Profits that goes down, tonight.

Lastly, WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn announced on social media that he’ll be hosting his own award show tomorrow on Friday Night SmackDown. Zayn is naming it Sami Awards based on the upcoming Slammy Awards that will only be highlighting the “corporate favorites.”

He tweeted, “The #Slammy Awards are good fun, but clearly very biased to highlight corporate favorites. That’s why tomorrow night on #Smackdown I will host the FIRST ANNUAL SAMI AWARDS! The always honest ‘Champion of the People’, will present awards that reflect the true will of the people.”
