Brock Lesnar turned 45, last night and another Canadian WWE Superstar also blew the candle with him on the same occasion. For those who don’t know, WWE Smackdown Superstar Sami Zayn also turned a year older as July 12 also marked his birthday. This year, the annoying gimmick-holder in the WWE became 38.
Zayn took to Twitter by referring to himself and Brock Lesnar as the “two Canadian Alpha Males” who share the same birthday. Plus, he also let know his fans that he was “doubling all your donations to a noble cause. Zayn also wanted his fellow WWE Superstar to donate but we don’t know whether the current challenger for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship is interested in it.

Brock Lesnar and Sami Zayn featured in some interesting segments on WWE SmackDown, last December after the latter one won a Battle Royal to become the number-one contender to Roman Reigns’ Universal Title. At the same time, Lesnar arrived at the scene targeting Reigns and his titles.

Zayn would then confront Brock Lesnar in the ring and point out how they are more similar than people think and that was when he referred to them as the “two Canadian Alpha Males” who love to fight. Later that night, Lesnar would go on to destroy Zayn with suplexes and F5s shortly before Zayn’s Universal Title match against Reigns. This allowed The Tribal Chief to pick up a win over him in quick time.
The following week, Zayn appeared in the ring in a wheelchair by a bunch of nurses to address Brock Lesnar’s attack. Per his promo, the multiple F5’s from The Beast didn’t hurt him but the betrayal from his fellow Canadian Alpha Male did. Lesnar eventually came to the ring, apologized to Zayn for his actions, and invited him for Moose-hunting.
Zayn turned down his offer and an irate Brock Lesnar went on to destroy him with some furious strikes. Eventually, Zayn got vanquished from the title picture while Lesnar challenged Reigns on WWE Day 1 on the very first day of 2022. Lesnar is still scheduled to challenge Reigns for the two top world titles in the WWE at Summerslam while Zayn has become the honorary Bloodline member.
