Vince McMahon’s entitlements per his WWE contract
It is interesting to note that Vince McMahon also has an agreement and employment clause with the WWE. His current contract with WWE runs through December 31, 2021, but it will automatically extend for a successive one-year period of time unless either party gives notice of termination.
Under this agreement, The Boss is entitled to a salary of $1.4 million subject to an increase in the discretion of the Compensation & Human Capital Committee. He is also entitled to participate in WWE’s incentive bonus plan with an annual target bonus of 100% salary. He also receives performance stock units as a part of WWE’s normal grant to its employees. Under the agreement, Vince McMahon also participated in the ownership and operations of the XFL football league, which has already been sold.
Vince’s agreement with WWE also allows members of his immediate family to use the WWE private jet for personal travel when it is not being used for company business purposes. The usage cost will be paid for by Vince, as WWE wouldn’t bear the additional costs incurred.
