Ravindra Jadeja, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma

Recently, the BCCI has shared a video on their official social media accounts where Ravindra Jadeja has made an accurate and funny mimic of the Indian captain Virat Kohli’s batting style. Soon, the limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma guessed that correctly after which Jadeja burst into laughter while Rohit and Kohli also enjoyed it.

At present, there is a strong rumour flying about the rift between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. This rumour has begun after India’s semi-final defeat against New Zealand in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2019.

However, the Indian captain Kohli has totally rubbished this story. Recently, the legendary Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has also criticised this baseless story.

Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja involved in the Heads-Up Challenge

In this tense period, the BCCI has come out with a video. In this video, Rohit Sharma was taking the “Heads-Up Challenge”. It is one kind of dumb charades game where Rohit took a board of a person’s name, but he couldn’t see it as he had to put that name part in front of him. Watching that name, Ravindra Jadeja needed to imitate that person’s style, and Rohit had to guess that person correctly.

At first, Rohit took a board where the player’s name was the Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah. While Jadeja emulated Bumrah’s bowling style, Rohit easily picked up that. After guessing that correctly, both laughed on that.

The next name was Virat Kohli. Jadeja imitated Kohli’s famous batting style. He especially pointed out Kohli’s habit just before taking his batting stance. Rohit once again guessed that correctly while Jadeja burst into laughter.

Virat Kohli was in that same room, but he was not focusing much on that game. After Jadeja’s laughter, Kohli asked them with a smile, “kya kiya”. Jadeja once again showed Kohli’s habit. Both Rohit and Kohli also laughed at it.

Currently, the Indian cricketers are busy in the ongoing Caribbean tour. In the three-match T20I series against Windies in the USA and West Indies, Kohli-led India won the series by the 3-0 margin.

They are now busy in the three-match ODI series against the host Windies. The opening match of this series had no result due to the rain-interruption.
