In an interesting altercation on the social media, we have received hints of a Champion vs Champion match for the grandest stage of them all. The Universal Champion Braun Strowman from SmackDown has recently proposed a WrestleMania 37 showdown against WWE Champion Drew McIntyre from Monday Night RAW. The idea of the bout came about after the latter one changed her cover picture on Twitter.
An exchange between the two top superstars started on Twitter after Drew McIntyre changed his profile photo. He posted an interesting comment saying that he wasn’t going to change his cover photo, ever. It is a shot of Braum Strowman digesting a Claymore Kick from him on the October 22, 2018, episode of WWE’s flagship show.
“#NewProfilePic ….the cover photo is for life, sorry @BraunStrowman,” Drew wrote.

Braun Strowman quickly responded informing that he hasn’t forgotten about getting his payback for that Claymore Kick. The Monster Among Men definitely wants Drew McIntyre to ‘get these hands’ and thus he ended up proposing a match at the showcase of immortals.
He wrote, “Don’t think I’ve forgotten about it!!!! You know you got one comin!!! But only way I see it fit is title for title on the grandest stage of them all!!!! Whatcha say psychopath???”

The Scottish Psychopath replied with an eye emoji that ended the conversation. The idea of seeing Drew McIntyre vs Braun Strowman in a one-on-one bout is pretty intriguing but in reality, the chances of getting the match are pretty less as they belong to the different brands.
Plus, they also may not remain the champions until WrestleMania, anyway. But WWE still could book them in a non-title bout, in that case.
For those who don’t remember, Drew McIntyre has been part of a heel faction in late 2018 on Raw alongside Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley.
After the departure of Roman Reigns due to Leukemia, Braun Strowman became the top star on Raw who feuded with these three heel superstars for weeks. The Claymore Kick on McIntyre’s Twitter handle is from that rivalry.
