WWE still has more than six months before producing the next edition of Wrestlemania. Multiple storylines will begin including the main event spotlight that we consider to be the biggest match of a calendar year. Apparently, Braun Strowman wants this spot so that he has a main-eventer tag attached to him.

The Monster among Men appeared in a recent interview with Justin Barrasso of SI.com where he spoke about several ranges of topics. First off, he revealed his desire to feature in a marquee match at Wrestlemania 36. Braun Strowman also pointed out his potential opponent in this match as stated below,
“I will main event WrestleMania,” said Strowman. “Hopefully more than once on my way to a Hall of Fame career. I’ll start with a main event against Drew McIntyre. And I’ll tell you who will win, me.”
Reason Behind Braun Strowman’s Failure On Main Roster
Vince McMahon has always been high on Braun Strowman ever since he entered the main roster scene. WWE Chairman always loves the idea that superstars with extra size must have a championship with them. But the monster does not want to focus on picking up any titles, right now. As per him, he does not have much to prove which also does not require any sort of title defenses.

The reason behind Braun Strowman believing the same is that he does not need a title to earn cheers from the fans. The audience automatically gets on their feet whenever his music plays in the arena. So an addition of the title may not do anything significant to his character.
However, Braun Strowman did not deny the fact of becoming a top champion, someday. After all, he had competed for the Universal Championship on several occasions. But he never won any of those matches to earn the nickname of a big-match player. So he hopes to change the tradition when Wrestlemania 36 onwards.
The show of shows will take place on Sunday, April 5th, 2020 from Tampa, Florida at the Raymond James Stadium which will on the WWE Network. Braun Strowman has signed a new deal with the company for the next five years. So there’s no doubt that WWE will put him into a match, no matter what. But we will keep our eyes on him to see whether he can bring himself back to the main-event status.
