John Morrison is on a roll on SmackDown ever since coming back to the WWE in the very first week of 2020. It was a fresh start for the former Intercontinental Champion who came back to the company for almost a decade.

To date, the charismatic superstar has been rightly used who has also helped The Miz to get back his heel mojo after he had a rough phase for most of 2019.

Slice Wrestling reported that the future should be bright for John Morrison now that he is on a winning course. Back in his first two matches on TV, he defeated Big E and Kofi Kingston, consecutively.

Plus, he also defeated three other teams alongside The Miz in a huge fatal-4-way contest on this week’s SmackDown. The momentum is likely to continue for him until he comes to a collision course with a tag partner.

On a related note, WWE will continue to use the partnership of John Morrison and The Miz on TV. WWE filmed new content with SmackDown Superstars The Miz and John Morrison this past week in Texas which might be used for a new documentary regarding Morrison.

Confirmation is also available at this point that the duo will be bringing back their “Dirt Sheet” segment, next week on SmackDown. This should help them to continue the feud with SmackDown Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and Big E of The New Day.
