Seth Rollins and his new band of boys continue to showcase their strength on WWE Raw with every passing week. Like a pack of wolves, they are pouncing on numerous talents of the locker room members, regularly.

Update On Samoa Joe’s In-Ring Return And Babyface Character

The norm has been the same on the Christmas edition of the show, as well where they attacked three different WWE Raw superstars who have been champions on the show, previously. Samoa Joe was the most significant victim amongst all of them.

Seth Rollins Reveals Vince McMahon’s Personal Question On Becky Lynch

It was the first time ever that Samoa Joe went physical on WWE Raw after being in a hiatus for several months. The taped episode of Raw witnessed him getting physical for the first time in months as the show ended.

Seth Rollins vs. WWE United States Champion Rey Mysterio was the main event of the show and ended in a DQ after The Authors of Pain attacked Mysterio.

Samoa Joe was the one to go on a rant against Authors of Pain being relentless on the US Champion. Seth Rollins ordered AOP to put the champion through the announce table.

Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler moved out of the way, but Samoa Joe decided to hold held his ground for Rey Mysterio. This led a confrontation with Rollins as the leader ordered his goons to finish the task in hand.

Thereafter, AOP double-teamed on WWE Raw to deliver a beat down and put him through the announce table before WWE RAW went off the air.

It indicated that Samoa Joe was cleared to compete inside the ring. Following the altercations, the former US Champion started trending all over the internet, as well.

Additionally, wrestlingINC.com reported the following on Joe’s current status confirming that he will soon be seen in action,

“Samoa Joe was scheduled to be re-evaluated by WWE doctors at next Monday’s RAW from the XL Center in Hartford, but it looks like he’s already been cleared and approved for action.

Joe has worked the red brand announce team with Lawler and Joseph for several weeks now while he’s been on the shelf, but the belief has been that he will be done at the announce table once he returns to action. There’s no word yet on if he will continue to be a guest analyst for WWE Backstage on FS1.”

The source also noted that WWE Raw might be building towards a huge six-man tag team match with AOP and Rollins taking on against Rey Mysterio, Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens in the next few weeks. We will learn more about that in due course as the storyline progresses.
