WWE Raw witnessed a massive six-man tag team match with a potential contender’s spot for United States Championship hanging in the balance. The team of Ricochet, Braun Strowman, and The Miz took on against Samoa Joe, Bobby Lashley, and Cesaro. The match ended in the favor of the babyface team. Furthermore, one of the heels i.e. Cesaro suffered a potential injury by the end of the match.

WrestlingINC.com reported that the injury occurred as Ricochet was trying to pull-off a high-flying move. Here’s more on the incident from the source,

“Cesaro may have suffered an injury during an exchange with Ricochet on tonight’s WWE RAW. The apparent injury came towards the end of a six-man match that saw Ricochet, Braun Strowman and The Miz defeat Cesaro, Bobby Lashley and the WWE United States Champion Samoa Joe. Cesaro went down after being hit with a suicide dive from Ricochet on the outside of the ring. Cesaro was then helped to the back after being checked on at ringside.”

As you can see in the given tweets, Cesaro was in no condition to leave on his own after the match on WWE Raw was over. At present, the roster is dealing with a number of injuries. Another addition to the list could turn out to be fatal for the WWE officials. Hopefully, Cesaro is okay and will be able to make his comeback, sooner unlike his former tag team partner Sheamus.

Reports suggest that the former WWE Champion is nursing a neck injury ever since Wrestlemania season passed by. It has given him a lot of troubles, already. Since it’s a long-time concussion, there’s a chance that Sheamus may end up announcing retirement, sooner. Other superstars sidelined from injuries are Ronda Rousey, Nia Jax, Ruby Riott and Mickie James. No wonder why WWE Raw & Smackdown women’s division of the WWE is going through a pretty much dull phase.

Speaking of the women’s division, WWE Raw women’s champion, Becky Lynch defended her title in a dark segment, last night. Once WWE Raw was over, Lacey Evans challenged her in a title match. Becky retained but Lacey attacked her after the match finished. She beat her down until SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley made the save to receive a big hometown pop.
