Just days before, WWE.com confirmed the fact that John Cena was joining the star cast of Fast and Furious movie headlined by Vin Diesel. Now the upcoming months should be very hectic for the Cenation Leader as he is looking forward to featuring in the biggest role of her Hollywood career. So it’s certain that the former world champion would not want to come back in wrestling.

In a recent interview session with TMZ Sports, the 16-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion received the question whether Goldberg or The Undertaker should hang up their boots. This question came now that these two have delivered the worst match of their career. John Cena did not want to comments on the legends but he did indicate that he himself is thinking of the same.

Check out his comments from the interview,

“I think an individual’s career is up to the individual. I think that’s pretty much the only way I can describe that. You know I’ve been having the same conversation with myself and I’m only 42. It’s something we have to address each day it’s individually specific. When those people are ready to stop, they’ll stop.”

Hearing this from a man who intended to never quit the WWE due to his loyalty to the brand, makes us wonder that John Cena maybe having bigger projects in the movie industry in the near future. Furthermore, Slice Wrestling added that WWE officials were wanting him back in time for Summerslam 2019. He could work for the biggest event of the year. Plus, his appearance could also be pulling up the fallen TV ratings.

Plus, WWE is moving Smackdown to Fox Sports on this fall of 2019. So they will need bigger names in order to promote the show. This is why John Cena coming back on Smackdown looked a sure-shot thing happening. However, if Cena continues to be in a movie-spree like this, then there is no way that we will see him back on WWE programming, at least for the rest of this season.
