Saudi Arabia shows have already become infamous to bring back legends from the past. The Undertaker has been a constant performer ever since WWE started hosting global PPVs here from 2018. As the next edition comes closer, we now speculate to see a dream match that has never happened before this. Legendary Sting could return to the wrestling ring for his pending match against The Phenome.

The Undertaker To Perform In Two More Matches In 2019

As noted by The Dirty Sheets, WWE officials are looking forward to bring back Sting for one match only against The Undertaker. The former WCW franchise player was quite open about receiving this match for which he can come of retirement. WWE officials might have listened to his pledge and give one final try to hist the match. Check out more on this as carried in the report from wwfoldschool.com,

“WWE wants to book is The Undertaker vs. Sting. WWE wants to book his dream match next year (most probably at a Saudi Arabia PPV) and are hoping to get Sting medically cleared for this bout. Sting (age 60) getting cleared at this point will be very difficult, but the hope is still there among WWE officials.”

In case you don’t know, Sting suffered the neck injury during his last match, which was against Seth Rollins back in 2015 at Night Of Champions PPV.

It’s no secret that Sting had to retire from in-ring competition due to that match. Or else, WWE could put him in some more dream matches once he arrived in the biggest pro-wrestling promotion in 2014. But those including the match against The Undertaker never happened due to the concussion he suffered, the very next year. But it looks like, WWE is interested to make the Undertaker vs. Sting match happen, at any cost.

The Undertaker has wrestled for a couple of times in 2019 after returning following Wrestlemania 35. Back at the Super ShowDown PPV in Saudi Arabia, he wrestled Goldberg in an encounter that was perhaps his worst encounter to date. But he later erased the bitter taste by teaming up with Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules and defeating Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

Rumors were running after this match that The Undertaker must be making an appearance at Summerslam, too. Drew McIntyre could have been his opponent after what went down between the two of them during the bygone feud. But WWE has not culminated this rivalry for some unknown reason. Rather, we will have to look forward to the next Saudi Arabia show where we can see The Deadman returning, next against Sting in a dream match.
