WWE SmackDown will be coming with yet another packed card as the buildup for Backlash pay-per-view has begun. Apart from that, the Intercontinental Championship tournament continues to crown a new title-holder for the vacant belt. A WrestleMania rematch will take place between AJ Styles and Nakamura that should steal the show.
In the other match of the tournament, a new feud begins when Jeff Hardy and Sheamus battles in the first match on SmackDown. A cross-brand main event match will be there as the NXT Women’s Champion battles the SmackDown Women’s Champion.

A fresh feud was kicked off on SmackDown a couple of weeks ago which would continue when the two rivals, Jeff Hardy and Sheamus will battle in the first round of the Intercontinental Championship Tournament on Friday Night SmackDown. Hardy has been entertaining the WWE fans for years now but it failed to impress the Celtic Warrior. Hardy previously announced his presence in a big way with a Swanton Bomb on Sheamus who’d be looking for retribution, tonight.
Money In The Bank winner Otis is having quite the good times on SmackDown after winning the heart of Mandy Rose. But this week, he will have to help his love interest battling against her nemesis Sonya Deville in a mixed tag team match.
