Alongside the entire All Elite Wrestling roster, Toni Storm must be feeling ecstatic to be a part of the All In 2023 pay-per-view event which is being touted as the biggest-ever pro-wrestling show in the history of the United Kingdom. But being a true heel on AEW TV, she is making her hatred public about visiting the UK to garner some natural heat from the UK fanbase.
While many of the UK natives as well as US wrestlers are excited to be a part of the event, the New Zealand-born British talent is fuming about the revisit. For those who don’t know, Toni Storm spent her early life in Liverpool with her scouse grandma where she also started learning about pro wrestling. However, she’s disappointed that AEW chose England for such a historic event.
Speaking to Daily Star, the 27-year-old AEW wrestler said that she’s indeed excited because it’s the biggest show in AEW history but then again, she has so much hatred reserved for this region that she wouldn’t think twice about denouncing her British citizenship around All In.

Toni Storm ready to denounce her UK citizenship around All In 2023
“I just wish Wembley Stadium could be at a different place because I lived in England for a really long time. It’s where I got established, so I made a name for myself and I have a British family. I’m just really bummed out that I have to go back – I thought I left my life behind there, but It’s what champion does, however I’m no longer associated, I’m American now,” continued Toni Storm.
“The only reason I’d be excited about seeing all those fans again is I get to rub it in their faces how successful I am. The only thing motivating is my excitement to really show off just how great I have become and denounce my British citizenship at Wembley Stadium – I can’t think of a better place.”
As noted above, AEW All In will mark the Tony Khan-owned promotion’s biggest-ever event and also the first overseas event. It has already surpassed the ticket sales for bigger WWE shows like WrestleMania 3 and Summerslam 1992. Over 80000 fans are expected to attend but Toni Storm appears one of the rare AEW talents who’s not that thrilled to perform in front of them.
AEW recently announced that a Fatal-4-way match for the AEW Women’s Championship will take place at AEW All In. A tournament was also kicked off to determine the four participants in the women’s match. Toni Storm automatically qualified for the match as she invoked her rematch clause after dropping the title to Hikaru Shida at Dynamite’s 200th episode.
