Proving most of the predictors wrong, she made history at the Royal Rumble event, by surviving 29 other women in the match who has many more accolades than her. In the process, she went on to become the first Black Woman in WWE history to win the Rumble match.
With that win, she has now earned the right to face a champion of her choosing at WrestleMania 37. Although, it’s yet to be decided which champion she might opt to face. With both the current Women’s Champions on the main roster being babyfaces, the creative team has to work really hard to bring a perfect scenario for her.

In the meantime, she has formed a temporary alliance with Sasha Banks on SmackDown although the two competitors could be on, for a collision course. While speaking to ESPN’s Cheap Heat, Bianca Belair revealed whether she would consider a Hair vs. Hair match in WWE.

Bianca Belair is not ruling out hair vs hair match
With her hair being one of the main attractions of her look, Bianca Belair noted how fans have been asking her whether she has any interest in that gimmick match that hasn’t been seen in recent times in WWE. She revealed that she is interested in the idea of a Hair vs. Hair match as it could play out in a big way where they could tell a great story.
“People bring it up all the time and they ask do I ever think I’ll ever be a part of that. I think it’s pretty much inevitable because I mean, so much of who I am is my braid. I mean, she even has a name. Her name is Destiny, and it makes sense, right? So, and I think that it’s really fun to have feuds sometimes that aren’t always a part of the title picture and if I have a hair versus hair match… I ain’t gonna say it’s bigger than a title. A title is pretty big, you know? But, there will be a lot at stake and I think a lot of people could get very invested in it. I don’t wanna lose my braid, I don’t want to lose my hair. It would be interesting to see who gets the opportunity to do a Hair vs Hair match with her, down the line. Before that, Bianca Belair has to face someone at WrestleMania in a title match. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has not 100% locked into her opponent, yet. The EST of WWE mentioned how it would be great to face Sasha Banks at Mania but it’s not determined at this point.
