Chelsea Green was released from WWE in April 2021 which was only the beginning of a spree of releases, all around the year. This was a blessing in disguise for the Canadian wrestler who was literally sitting in the back on WWE NXT despite the ability to pitch new things and having a huge social media fan-following.
For those who don’t know, Chelsea Green is a bikini specialist on her own rights who has the least inhibitions with her body. She already had some fun shoots on behalf of Calendar Gurls Canada to gift her fanbase a swimsuit calendar. A few weeks ago, her cover photo for the magazine in an unzipped leather jacket and black underwear went viral on Twitter and Instagram.

On a recent episode of her “Green with Envy” podcast, Chelsea Green revealed that she is in talks with an outlet so that her podcast can grow further. She also stated that she is close to signing a contract with Playboy magazine for some digital content. In the meantime, she warns her fans not to get too excited since it won’t be a full-on photoshoot,
“I am in talks with Playboy again for some fun stuff. So we’ve kind of progressed our conversations to a little more serious stuff. Now, it’s not a photoshoot. So don’t get too excited. But it is some digital stuff. It’s really fun. I’m so excited for it.”

Chelsea Green wants to accomplish a lot after WWE exit
Following her release from the WWE, Chelsea Green was very open about her bucket list and one of her desire is to make connections with Playboy and make something happen in a big way. She previously gave auditions for the adultery magazine and shared her experiences. However, she didn’t make it to the final cut, of course.
We assume that Chelsea Green won’t have much trouble getting into a Playboy shoot given that she’s not with WWE, any more and hence won’t have to take permissions to do it. The famous adult magazine is pretty selective and their final star from professional wrestling was Maria Kanellis, nine years ago.
Chelsea Green’s fans will let Playboy know about their will on social media once and hopefully, the former NXT Superstar can have her wish fulfilled, after all. For now, she just has to maintain secrecy about the project but as soon as something happens, the former Hot Mess promised to let her fans know about it.
