WWE Universe is still celebrating the 4th of July and we wanted to take you back with a flashback photoshoot of this season, done by Nikki Bella. Back then, she was with John Cena who was yet to become a mother.
Free from all the motherhood liabilities, it was pretty cool for her to do bikini clothes and pose for the camera for some hot photoshoots. This particular one from 2017 stood out as it’s been perhaps the hottest in our opinion.
A set of photos were shared with Nikki Bella barely draped in red-and-blue-themed bikini attires and the American flag. Additionally, The Bella Twins’ official YouTube channel uploaded a video that included some behind-the-scenes footage of that Fourth of July photoshoot.

As you can see from the video it was just another day or the elder Bella where she put on a bikini and faced the camera like a pro.
At that point, Nikki Bella also celebrated the return of her ex-fiancee, John Cena, to Smackdown. It happened three months after their mega engagement at Wrestlemania 33. Cena would eventually go on to feature in a feud with Rusev about the American culture. Eventually, this would produce a Flag Match at WWE Battleground PPV which Cena won in July 2017.

Cena then also wrestled at Summerslam, defeating Baron Corbin to go move into a feud with Roman Reigns. Nikki Bella, in the meantime, was absent from WWE TV, owing to her neck injury. Just a few months later, the two would have to part ways due to parenthood issues.
After dating Nikki Bella from 2012 until April 2018, Cena met a woman named Shay Shariatzadeh in 2019, while filming “Playing with Fire” in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada where she works as an engineer. They started dating in early 2019 and then got married on October 12, 2020.

Cena had stated in numerous media interviews while being in a relationship with Nikki Bella, that he did not want to have children, mainly because he didn’t want to be an irresponsible dad while focusing on his work. Not wanting kids is the main reason why Cena and Bella split up and thereby calling off their one-year engagement. Recently, Cena changed his mind about having kids.
