Mick Foley

A bunch of Hall of Famers was in attendance on last night’s SmackDown while we can expect another massive HOF return at Hell In A Cell 2020 in the form of Mick Foley. WWE is always making plans to bring some interesting elements and they could be doing so with one of the names who is dubbed as one of the greatest when it comes to HIAC gimmick matches.

According to the reports of Alex McCarthy of TalkSport, Vince McMahon and Mick Foley had a “top secret meeting,” sometimes ago. It wasn’t disclosed what they discussed, but we can only assume that it has to do something with the Hall of Famer’s comeback on TV. It is happening in a very interesting time as Hell in a Cell approach.

This is a gimmick match that Mick Foley made famous. The legendary name himself informed McCarthy yesterday that he met with Vince McMahon just a few weeks ago for a ‘top-secret meeting’ and the details will come out, pretty soon. It appears that Mrs. Foley’s Baby Boy might be factored into one of the storylines on Raw or SmackDown or Hell In A Cell.

Mick Foley hasn’t been a regular personality on WWE television in some time but he does make sporadic appearances whenever needed. The tradition could change soon enough, but it’s uncertain, at this point. It’s being noted that something is happening and WWE creative team wants to keep it a top-secret.

It’s always a pleasure whenever any sudden car crash sounds followed by iconic entrance music during WWE programming. We wonder when it’d happen, next. In the meantime, Mick Foley is set to appear on this Sunday’s pre-Hell In A Cell special episode of WWE’s The Bump. So there’re possibilities that he could break the announcement, right there if WWE permits so.

Technically, Mick Foley could be a perfect fit to return during Hell In A Cell or else WWE could bring him back for The Undertaker’s 30th anniversary at Survivor Series 2020, considering the history between the two. The Hardcore Legend made one last appearance on WWE TV during last year’s RAW Reunion episode where he was taken out by “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.
