The Ultimate Warrior is an iconic persona whom the modern-day WWE fans haven’t seen much. But his legacy is very much intact through the WWE Universe to give indomitable strength to superstars who need it. He is no longer with us, but his spirit will always live forever, inspiring many of the wrestlers.

Dana Warrior, The Ultimate Warrior’s wife still works for WWE in a behind-the-scenes role. She is also one of the members of the WWE writing team. Ahe really enjoys this opportunity to keep a closer look at today’s Superstars who will eventually make a big impact for years to follow. Among them, one is her personal favorite who reminds her of her husband.

While speaking to WWE The Bump, the Ultimate Warrior’s wife listed some of the WWE Superstars who have her attention. She loves Drew McIntyre’s Scottish Psychopath character and how he talks about legacies that he received from his ancestors. She also loves that new sword entrance gimmick of the 2-time WWE Champion.

Moving on, the better half of the Ultimate Warrior also briefly mentioned Asuka mentioning how the Raw Women’s Champion reminds her of her husband. This is due to her warrior-like Empress Of Tomorrow gimmick spirit as well as her unique promos which are often gibberish.

“I also love to watch Asuka. Asuka is someone who is so colorful in many regards. She reminds me a lot of the Ultimate Warrior because you don’t always have to understand what she’s saying to understand that she’s a fierce warrior.”

As mentioned earlier, Dana is still with WWE on their creative team who helps the writers to put together the weekly programming the company comes up with. It’s also great to know that Asuka unknowingly channels her inner Ultimate Warrior spirit and brings some good vibes for her.

The Ultimate Warrior was away from WWE for a long time before making one final appearance in 2014 on Raw. Just a few days later, he passed away and WWE honored him by announcing an award which is presented, every year during the Hall of Fame ceremony.
