WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon will be inducting The Undertaker into the WWE Hall of Fame 2022 via the ceremony set from the WrestleMania 38 Weekend. The show is slated from April 1st, the same day as the go-home episode of Friday Night Smackdown for the Biggest Event of the Year.
During his appearance on The Pat McAfee Show today, Vince McMahon revealed that he will be doing the honors for Taker as he goes into the 2022 Class of the WWE Hall of Fame.

Pat asked the reason for his decision as the WWE Chairman & CEO said that he loves Taker. He got a little emotional while talking about the 30+ year relationship they share. Vince McMahon then referred Undertaker by his real name of Mark Calaway who stands as an extraordinary human being and someone who has been loyal, trustworthy and reliable for 3 decades.
Vince McMahon also revealed that he and Mark never had a conversation about Undertaker possibly heading to WCW,
“Undertaker and I never had a conversation about him going to WCW. Not one. I never asked him. He never said anything about it. Not once.”
The Phenom also tweeted the following about this breaking news regarding his HOF induction,

Vince McMahon will do the honor at WWE HOF 2022
Vince McMahon has inducted quite a few names over the years – former executive and Mayor James Dudley in 1994, Steve Austin in 2009, and Donald Trump in 2013. Undertaker has been a loyal friend of The Boss for more than three decades and he’d be happy to induct him into the Hall of Fame.
The 2022 edition of WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on Friday, April 1 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. As noted, the event will air live on Peacock and the WWE Network, after the WrestleMania 38 go-home edition of SmackDown goes off the air on March 31. To date, Undertaker stands as the only inductee confirmed to be inducted into the most prestigious club in sports entertainment.
