Donald Trump and Vince McMahon featured in a “Battle of the Billionaires” match at WrestleMania 23 that took place at the Trump Plaza itself. McMahon was represented by Umaga whereas his kayfabe rival hired Bobby Lashley for the match.

The stipulation of the showdown called for the loser of the match to shave his head bald. Making the speculations right, a heel Vince McMahon took the loss and got his head shaved bald by Donald Trump, Lashley, and the special guest referee Stone Cold Steve Austin. Apparently, there was no way that the match outcome could have gone in a different direction.
According to the Wall Street Journal, a person who reviewed Donald Trump’s contract for his WrestleMania 23 appearance stated that the soon-to-be president wasn’t supposed to get his head shaved bald under any circumstances,
“Mr. Trump had his associates review the contract to ensure that under no circumstances would Mr. McMahon be allowed to shave his head, even if Mr. Trump’s wrestler dropped dead in the ring.”

WWE reportedly paid Donald Trump $4 million for his appearance on the Biggest Event of the Year. The payments went to the Trump Foundation and they weren’t recorded as company expenses due to which an investigation is going on around McMahon. The hush-money scam is also added to this case which is under jurisdiction.
The Wall Street Journal has already reported that Vince McMahon paid $5 million to former US President Donald Trump’s charity in between 2007 and 2009. WWE also found out that the sum was never recorded as company expenses. The findings were revealed in a public SEC filing and these additional sums are said to be connected to Trump but not the series of alleged pay-offs to women to keep them silent.
WWE has also noted that the investigation into Vince’s hush money scandal would cost the company around $10 million. Sr. McMahon has already announced his retirement from the company and he was replaced by co-CEOs Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan.
