We are barely 29 days away from the Show of Shows and current reports indicate that WWE hasn’t been able to put up the initial card on the table let alone start builds around them.
Via @Wrestlevotes, it is now being noted that WrestleMania 37 card is not even close to being finalized and most of the card is back to ‘square one.’ As of now, only two matches have been announced. Those are WWE Hall of Famer Edge vs. WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, and Bianca Belair vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks.

The Universal Title Match could also change considering Reighton would take on Bryan for his title at FastLane 2021. WWE should have generally confirmed several matches at this point in the WrestleMania 37 Season, going by the usual norms.

Just one week before it was reported via the Wrestling Observer that WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon had decided that WrestleMania 37 needed to “be bigger” and he was ready to “blow up” the original plans sketched for the Biggest Event of the Year. The officials within WWE expected major changes in the original line-up and perhaps they are heading in the direction, this week. Nothing is confirmed, as of now.

In contradictory reports, Ringside News updates that the WrestleMania 37 card is finalized. There are no big revisions going on. Rather, the ‘flow of information’ could be blocked just to leak out the spoilers. A tenured member of the creative team confirmed to the source that Vince McMahon finalized the match card, this week.
We've asked around about WWE "blowing up" the WrestleMania card and starting from scratch. We were told that's not true as of this week. While it's on a "need to know" basis, the card is definitely finalized, and Vince McMahon did so this week.

As previously reported by the same source, Vince McMahon sent down edicts not to tell the Superstars about any creative plans. If any talent asks about what their WrestleMania 37 plan is, then they have to take permission from Vince McMahon or Bruce Prichard, head of the creative team.
