The road to WrestleMania 38 is still under construction as we continue to get news about new matches on the card on a regular basis. Previous reports have indicated that Stone Cold Steve Austin is heading back to the ring. His participation has been confirmed but we are yet to uncover whether he will be competing in an actual match, at this point where he’s retired for almost two decades.

It is pretty certain by the booking of WWE that Steve Austin and Kevin Owens will have a showdown be it verbal or physical as they head into Dallas, Texas. Owens’ constant jabs at the residents of Texas set things perfectly for this big return at WrestleMania 38. But the big question is how WWE is planning to do things around this big headliner segment.

While it will be a pleasure for the fans to hear Steve Austin’s glass-shattering sound echoing through the AT&T Stadium but there could be more to the story which WWE may not confirm at the very last point. The current condition does not appear that they will have an actual match in the pipeline but perhaps the greatest edition of KO Show must be imminent at the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania 38.

The Show of Shows is being promoted as the biggest WrestleMania of all time and to live up to the hype, it needs the bigger names to stack things up. The huge two-day event in Dallas will have The Undertaker getting inducted into the Hall of Fame and perhaps he will make an appearance on the actual show of WrestleMania 38 to send the fans to a frenzy. Steve Austin’s booking should be something similar.
