Triple H is one of the greatest professional wrestlers cum a WWE Legend who entertained the audience for almost three decades. Over the year, he got adopted to a corporate role in the WWE as the company appointed him as the WWE Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development.
If that wasn’t all then he also had to run the weekly programming of WWE NXT on a regular basis. The extremely hectic schedule continued for him for a long time and earlier this year, he had a cardiac event back. The issue was reportedly very serious, but he is getting better.

WWE announced back on September 8 that Triple H underwent successful heart surgery the week before at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. It was stated that the operation was needed after the veteran wrestler suffered a cardiac event. The cause was suspected to be a genetic heart issue.
In recent times, it was insisted by his near and dear ones that The Game is recovering well from the issue but the incident might have brought an end to his wrestling career. According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was said that Triple H is unlikely to ever wrestle again.

That being said, Meltzer also mentioned the only star attractions who remain in WWE are Edge, Goldberg and Shane McMahon,
“I doubt Paul Levesque will be wrestling and Undertaker is done, although Undertaker and Austin are on huge money deals (as Ric Flair was) just to keep them part of the promotion ‘forever.’”
Triple H will eventually resume his corporate duties in due course but he’s reportedly not returned to his daily duties with the company. It remains to be seen when that will happen. We will also get to know whether WWE will still put up that high-stress job to him like in the previous years.
Triple H was eventually in action for one last time in early 2021. He competed in a match against Randy Orton on Raw in January which ended after some random punches and throws due to the interference of Alexa Bliss as she was possessed by the dark powers of The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
