WWE Live Event tour continues en route to Summerslam. Overall, four such non-televised shows took place this past weekend, a pair each dedicated to the Raw and Smackdown brand. As reported earlier, Roman Reigns was in attendance in one of those shows that took place in Sacramento, California.
Another WWE Live Event took place on Sunday night billed as the Sunday Night Stunner where Smackdown superstars performed. Plus, WWE Legend Stone Cold Steve Austin was present, backstage with the wrestlers on the show that took place in the city of Reno, Nevada.

Austin was present throughout the show and also watched every match backstage along with the WWE roster, as revealed by SmackDown Superstar Natalya. The former contender for the Smackdown Women’s Title took to Twitter to mention how it’s always cool to have The Texas Rattlesnake in the house.

In return, Austin gave props to the Reno crowd as well as the WWE Superstars who performed for the WWE Live Event on that night. Nothing in detail was noted regarding what the WWE Hall of Famer was doing with the roster during this Smackdown-exclusive show.
The main event of WWE Live Event in Reno saw Drew McIntyre defeating Sheamus in a singles matchup. Just a couple of days ago, on SmackDown, McIntyre was slated to wrestle Sheamus with the winner being crowned the new challenger for an Undisputed WWE Universal Title shot at Castle pay-per-view.
However, Sheamus denied to wrestle McIntyre and had Butch of The Brawling Brutes faction wrestle McIntyre. McIntyre ended up winning that match while the due McIntyre vs. Sheamus televised match should happen in the near future.
WWE Live Event Reno, Nevada full results
