WWE NXT War Games 2021 is coming up within two weeks and several matches for the event have been announced.
The Men’s division matchup for WWE NXT War Games 2021 was were set up following the main event of last night where NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes retained over Johnny Gargano and Pete Dunne in a Triple Threat. The finish of the match led to a brawl as Tony D’Angelo interfered and pulled out Dunne to the floor as he went to pin Gargano for the win.

Hayes then pinned Gargano for the win. A big brawl then ensued inside the ring. Hayes and Trick went to injure Gargano’s arm until NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa made the save. Ciampa, Dunne, and Knight cleared the ring as Gargano recovered. Bron Breakker then came out and stood with Hayes, Waller, and D’Angelo and yelled out “WarGames!” before they rushed the ring. These two teams fought to send the show off-air.
Thus the Men’s WWE NXT War Games 2021 match will be Breakker, Hayes, D’Angelo, and Waller going up against Ciampa, Gargano, Dunne, and Knight.

WWE NXT War Games 2021: Women’s division lineup
The final member of the Women’s War Games match was also finalized during this week’s NXT as Kay Lee Ray joined Io Shirai, Raquel Gonzalez, and Cora Jade as they will Dakota Kai and Toxic Attraction (NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose, NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne).
A WWE NXT War Games 2021 Advantage Ladder Match has been announced for next Tuesday’s NXT 2.0 episode, which will mark the go-home show for WarGames. The Ladder Match will feature Kay Lee Ray in action against Dakota Kai with the winner securing the advantage for their team in the Women’s WarGames match.
A Hair vs. Hair match is set for WWE NXT WarGames 2021 where Cameron Grimes takes on Duke Hudson. Last week, Grimes beat Hudson in a Poker Showdown. Hudson snapped and cut Grimes’ hair and some of his beard. Grimes then appeared with a new look and issued the challenge for a Hair vs. Hair match at WarGames which was accepted by Hudson.
NXT Tag Team Titles will also be defended at WWE NXT War Games 2021. Next week, Legado del Fantasma’s Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde will take on Kyle O’Reilly and Von Wagner with the winners challenging Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner of Imperium for the belts.
NXT Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong will also defend his title at War Games event against Joe Gacy. The match was set up after Gacy challenged Strong for the title on last night’s episode and it was accepted.
